Held each January, the PAA Conference includes a wide variety of educational seminars with great speakers; and exhibitors who offer products and services to help auctioneers with all aspects of their businesses. There are nightly highlights of the Conference, of which the Bid Calling Contest held at the Pennsylvania Farm Show always kicks off the excitment on Wednesday. Thursday night's Fun Auction featured a new segment this year for all former Bid Calling Champs to come back and vie for the title of "Champion of Champions". Friday night offers the special award presentations of Auctioneer of the Year and Hall of Fame. Following the banquet there is always great entertainment, and this year the music was provided by the Church Street Blues Bluegrass Band.
